Why do you think SasuHina should happen? Answer: Well for a number of reasons. One, I think Sasuke would like a girl that isn’t such a snob and loud. Two, often in anime characters like Sasuke usually go for girls that remind them of their moms, I am not kidding you. Mikoto and Hinata share a lot of similarities such as gentleness and kindness towards others especially if their families don’t give them anything back in respect. So... if anything, Hinata is fitting the descriptions of Sasuke’s so called girl he would be interested in with all the hints going around of what he wants. Girl with long hair, Hinata has that. Kindness and gentle, Hinata has that. Good with kids, Hinata could do that. Let husband do whatever he wants, again Hinata could probably do that. You see Hinata is a caring person who would actually take what she learned from Naruto (if anything) and use it to heal others. There are a few ancient Japanese legends that support SasuHina if you don’t mind looking on wikipedia.com and perform a search. To be honest, Hinata’s name means something about the sun, Sasuke is blinded by darkness, the two fit together in one way or another. Sasuhina represents second chances while also being the black and white couple of the Naruto series, while Naruto and Sakura are the more explosive colorful couple, Shikamaru and Temari... eh i don't know what they symbolize.
I'm posting this to explain why SasuHina exists. There are a lot of people out there saying that SasuHina will NEVER happen, and that Sasusaku or Naruhina is the only couple that makes sense...well, if you thought about it for a while you could realize that SasuHina actually makes sense but only if you have a good imagination.

"They've never been in contact with each other once!" ---True, but mustn't you stick to what Masashi Kishimoto creates. You have to look deeper inside to find that SasuHina could actually happen if Kishimoto could at LEAST put them in one situation together!
"They're complete opposites!" ---Excuse me? Complete opposites? So Sasuke and Sakura aren't opposites? Naruto and Hinata aren't opposites? eek -sigh- This is what I'm talking about! Most people only stick to what Kishimoto puts!
"They don't even know each other exist!" ---Maybe, but remember they both come from noble clans & all that stuff. So there is a high possibility that maybe they've met before when they're kids.
"SasuHina sucks!" ---I don't ever wanna hear that! How would you like it if we flamed your favorite couple?!
"SasuSaku/NaruHina are the only couples that make sense!" ---I am tired of that! Almost every forum I go to that has a topic about couples I see that! 'SasuSaku is the only couple in the Naruto world that I see!' OMG, there are just too many people out there who will only accept the couple that they're into, everytime they see an anti-Sasusaku thing or whatever they totally FREAK! It's almost like as if it's the only couple that they see!

---Sasuke can be Hina-chan's shadow that can protect her, and Hina-chan is Sasuke's light.
---Opposites attract, like Yin and Yang.
---Imagine the bloodline limit that they can make. Sharingyan or Byakuring xd
